We have a community fee ranging from $850 to $1,050, which includes the lot lease, water, sewer, garbage, electricity (except on MH lots), and shared fiber Wi-Fi.
We have lots with 30/50 amp and 200 amp electrical
We accept pets with conditions, and pet rent is on us!
You need to make at least 4x the community fee and have a credit score of 700.
