Located within the city limits of beautiful Port Townsend, we offer parking sites for:
Full-time Tiny Homes (THOW)
RVs
Park Models (PMRV)
and Manufactured Homes
We proudly provide affordable housing solutions for people who'd like to call Port Townsend, WA, home. Our community fee ranges from $850 to $1,050, and it includes the lot lease, water, sewer, garbage, electric (except on MH lots), and shared fiber Wi-Fi.
We accept pets, with conditions, and pet rent is on us!
You need to make at least 4x the community fee and have a credit score of 700+.
