We are one of the few communities in Washington that offer legal tiny home parking.

We redesigned our community to welcome a variety of housing options for people who’d like to call our historic, coastal community home.

We have a community fee ranging from $850 to $1,050, which includes the lot lease, water, sewer, garbage, electric (except on MH lots), and shared fiber Wi-Fi.

We accept pets, with conditions, and pet rent is on us!

You must make at least 4x the community fee and have a credit score of 700 or higher.
